Black knee-length skirt from Pendleton with a fitted hip and dramatic flounce hem that flares below the drop waist seam. Integrated fabric belt with small rectangular buckle at the waistband, and back zipper closure. Paneled construction through the body with godets at the lower section, and a small metal stud detail near the left hip pocket area.
