Burgundy striped mini skirt from Loft, made in the early 2000s. Horizontal stripe bands in mustard orange, olive green, navy, and red across a wine-colored ground, with a woven arrow motif border along the hem. Faux wrap front panel with raw fringe edge down the right side, straight waistband, back zipper. A-line cut with no pockets.
