2000s mint green pleated mini skirt from J.Crew with a wide pintucked waistband and side zipper closure. Smocked pintuck detailing at the upper hip transitions into released knife pleats that flare out into a full A-line hem. The waistband has horizontal rows of topstitching all the way around, and the body has a grid-like pintuck panel at center front and back above the pleats.
