90s black A-line skirt from St Charmond with an allover tulip and botanical print in orange, amber, yellow, red, and green. Elastic waistband with a gently flared hem that falls to knee length. Painterly tulip blooms on long green stems with smaller clustered flowers scattered throughout against the black ground.
