90s red striped dress with adjustable shoulder ties and gathered elastic neckline. Vertical stripes in red, burgundy, blue, white, and green throughout body. Elastic gathered waist and decorative woven trim band at hem in geometric ikat-style pattern with orange, yellow, and white diamond motifs.
