90s black midi dress from Periwinkle with a deep V neckline and ornate gold-toned buttons down the front. Short sleeves, elasticized waist, and side seam pockets. The buttons have a decorative embossed medallion design, and the skirt falls in a straight column silhouette to mid-calf length.
Condition: Very good vintage with light general wear. Has tiny white spot near hem on back, see photo.
