90s black tiered ruffle dress from Patra with multiple layered chiffon tiers from bust to hem, each edged with beaded trim. Sleeveless cut with wide tank straps and a scoop neckline on both front and back. Back zipper closure, knee-length hem with sheer chiffon at the bottom tier.
