90s black knit maxi dress from Norm Thompson with a scoop neckline trimmed in white contrast piping. Raglan three-quarter sleeves with double white stripe banding at the cuffs, and matching piping along the raglan seam lines. Fitted waist with an A-line skirt that falls to ankle length, pullover construction with no closures.
