90s mocha brown velvet maxi dress from Jessica Howard with subtle glitter sparkle throughout the fabric. Mock mandarin collar with a small notch at center front, short sleeves, and a fitted silhouette through the bodice and hips. Back zipper closure and a short back slit at the hem. Ankle-length column shape in a warm tan-brown tone with an allover shimmer.
