90s teal happi coat with a large red "祭" (matsuri/festival) kanji printed on the back, surrounded by colorful pinwheels, paper lanterns, and traditional festival tools. Black contrast lapels with white kanji characters and red mitsudomoe crests on each side of the collar. Open front construction with no closures, short drop sleeves, and straight hem. Front panels display matching festival lantern and streamer graphics in white, red, yellow, and turquoise.

Condition: Lightly distressed. Has a few tiny pinholes and some white spots throughout. See photos.
