90s navy blue quilted puffer jacket from GM with contrasting teal green collar and hidden velcro closure. Horizontal quilted channels throughout, long sleeves, cropped length ending at waist, plaid flannel interior lining in blue, green, red, and yellow. Might be a liner from another jacket.
