90s maxi skirt from Forbidden with horizontal bands of leopard print, tribal geometric patterns, and abstract stripe motifs in pink, magenta, red, black, cream, and gold tones. Elastic waistband, crinkle-textured fabric throughout, and a ruffled gathered hem at the bottom. A black lace-like decorative band with small embellishments separates the upper body from a lower tiered section with fuchsia tie-dye and medallion print panels.
