90s black silk shift dress from D'Ore with an elaborate beaded and sequined V-shaped bib panel at the chest and upper back. Geometric shapes in teal, gold, blue, purple, and silver bugle beads fill the bib, accented with scattered rhinestone cabochons and circular beaded medallions.
