90s black sleeveless dress from Datiani with a wide gold metallic striped waistband that wraps fully around the bodice. Scoop neckline at both front and back, wide tank straps, and a fitted bodice above an A-line skirt. The waistband has alternating horizontal gold and black stripes with a centered buckle-style detail at the front.
