90s black and white maxi dress from Colleen Conrad with a solid black bodice and ditsy floral calico skirt. Scoop neckline trimmed in matching floral fabric, with three mismatched decorative buttons down the center front. Empire waist seam where the bodice meets the gathered floral skirt, and a tie closure at the back waist. The skirt falls to ankle length with a contrasting striped border band at the hem.
