90s cobalt blue knee-length sheath dress covered in an allover scrollwork pattern of dark beading with dangling teardrop bead accents. Round neckline with beaded trim, long fitted sleeves with beaded cuffs, and a back zipper with hook and eye closure. Open back keyhole cutout at the upper back, straight silhouette through the body and hips.
Condition: Very good vintage with light general wear. Missing a few beads due to age and wear and has a couple small stains near bottom hem. See photos.
