90s black and silver metallic gathered skirt with an A-line silhouette and knee-length hem. Wide waistband with hook and eye closure at the back, and a gathered body with full, sweeping volume. Semi-sheer lurex-style fabric with an allover shimmer, black base with silver metallic threading throughout.
