Deep V-shaped basque waistline dips into a black satin tulip pencil skirt with a front slit. Open back with tie closure at the nape and a cascading lace bustle draping down the rear of the skirt. Long sleeves with scalloped lace cuffs, scalloped lace trim at the basque waist, and back zipper closure.
