80s white iridescent babydoll dress with a lace yoke panel across the upper chest and a crew neckline. Long puff sleeves with shirred elastic cuffs, smocked elastic waistband, and gathered bodice. Ruffled flounce hem and back zipper closure. The fabric has a subtle shimmery, pearlescent finish throughout.
