Large white eyelet lace bib collar with scalloped ruffled edging at the neckline, front and back. Loose, relaxed bodice with short fluttery sleeves, back zipper closure, and side seam pockets. Gathered ruffle tier at the lower hem separated by a band of white eyelet lace trim.
