Sky blue 80s gown with voluminous puff sleeves gathered into elasticized cuffs and a sweetheart V-neckline. Fitted bodice with a pointed basque waist that drops into a full, gathered maxi skirt. Two bows accent the back — one at the upper back neckline with a keyhole cutout, and a larger bow at the waist. Back zipper, velcro, and snap closure.
