80s black velvet bodice dress from S.G. Gilbert with puff sleeves, round neckline, and back zipper closure. The fitted bodice sits above a full pink satin A-line skirt that falls to ankle length. An oversized matching blush bow sits at the center back waistline, with long trailing tails down the skirt.
