80s ivory satin blouse with allover vertical knife pleats across the front bodice and sleeves. High mock neckline with a back button closure running from the collar to the mid-back. Cinched waist with horizontal pintuck banding, balloon bishop sleeves gathered into buttoned cuffs, and a peplum hem below the waist.
Condition: Very good vintage with light general wear.
