80s teal pleated dress from Leslie Fay with a crew neckline and shoulder pads. Short sleeves, elastic gathered waist and an accordion pleated skirt in blue green. Silver tone decorative buttons at the left shoulder and along the side seam of the skirt, with a side button closure. Midi length.
