80s cream dress from Lanz Originals with a V-neckline framed by an appliqué lace collar in a leaf and floral motif, and a small bow tie at center front. Long puff sleeves with buttoned cuffs, blouson bodice gathered into a wide waistband with a back belt buckle closure. Pleated skirt with back zipper and button closure at the upper back.
