80s cobalt blue shirtdress from Joni Blair with a tonal brushstroke jacquard pattern throughout. Notched collar, full button front closure, and half-length sleeves with rolled cuffs. Cinched waist with gathering, side seam pockets, and a midi-length straight skirt with a small front slit at the hem.
