Black and brown striped dress from the 1980s by Jane Baar, with narrow rust, caramel and white vertical stripes across semi-sheer fabric. Sweetheart neckline, short puff sleeves with elastic cuffs and two rows of gold ribbon trim on each sleeve. Elastic gathered waist, gathered skirt with two matching gold ribbon bands near the hem. Pullover construction, no closure.
