Vintage 80s strapless party dress in shimmering turquoise and black. The bodice is fully covered in sequins with sculpted boning and a sweetheart neckline trimmed in a ruffled swirl design. The skirt is a dramatic balloon hem made from alternating panels of teal and black taffeta. Ruffled strap is removable.
