80s strapless cocktail dress in cobalt blue with a fitted, boned corset bodice covered in iridescent chevron-pattern sequins in blue, green, and gold tones. Ruffled organza trim lines the sweetheart neckline and extends slightly off the shoulders. The skirt from the dropped waist down is entirely covered in layered organza ruffles, with a back zipper and hook-and-eye closure.
