80s black sheer midi dress with scattered purple and blue-grey floral appliqué and printed flower motifs throughout. V-neckline with a standing mandarin-style collar, cold shoulder cutouts with small tie closures at each shoulder. Elastic gathered waist, cap-style draped sleeves, and a straight-hanging skirt falling to mid-calf length. Pullover construction with no closures at the front or back.
