1980s light blue ruffle dress by Allison Daley. Features white lace collar overlay, puff sleeves with elastic cuffs, and tiered ruffle skirt with white lace trim. Round neckline and back tie closure.
Condition: Very good vintage. Has a couple faint spots that should come out with cleaning, has a rust spot from age and same fading of the blue dye. See photos.

MEASUREMENTS Taken from seam to seam while the garment is lying flat. Double the armpit, waist, and hips.
For reference, model is 5'4" and measures 31-26-36.
