Sky blue halter maxi dress from the 1970s with a high rolled neckline and gathered bodice. Sleeveless halter cut with open shoulders and an A-line skirt that falls to ankle length. Back zipper closure runs from the neckline down through the fitted waist, with a side zipper as well. The waist is seamed and fitted, and the skirt widens into a full sweep at the hem.
