Diagonal blue and navy panel runs from the left shoulder across the bodice and down the full length of the skirt, with a small tie at the empire waist. Deep V neckline, wide shoulder straps, scoop back, gathered waist, A-line skirt to the floor. Semi-sheer fabric, pullover with no closure.
