70s cream and navy polka dot dress from Promises Promises with a notched lapel collar and cap sleeves. Button front bodice with three navy buttons, bloused waist with elastic gathering at the back. Pleated skirt with an accordion pleat finish that falls to knee length. Sheer fabric with an allover small-scale dot print in dark blue against an off-white ground.
Fits Like: Labelled 18, fits Womens Small to medium.
Condition: Very good vintage with light general wear. Elastic has been replaced, has a few tiny pinholes from previous threading. See photos.
