70s empire waist dress from Princess Kaiulani with a white eyelet bodice, V-neckline front and back, and puff sleeves trimmed with lavender grosgrain ribbon and scalloped lace edging. Lilac ribbon at the empire waistline ties into a front bow. Black ditsy floral print skirt falls to the knee, with back zipper closure.
