70s powder blue mini dress with V-neckline and twisted knot detail at the empire waist creating gathered fabric at the bodice. Long sleeves with wide flared cuffs, A-line skirt.
Condition: Very good vintage. Has a couple faint spots that should come out with cleaning and a tiny pinhole near chest from a brooch. See photos.
