70s patchwork-print button front shirt from Permanent Press with an allover trompe l'oeil distressed denim and madras plaid pattern in blue, yellow, red, and green. Pointed collar, two chest flap pockets with button closures, and white front buttons. Long sleeves with rolled plaid-lined cuffs.
Condition: Very good vintage with light general wear. Has a few brown spots on back due to age and wear. See photos.
