70s navy blue floral dress from JCPenney Fashions with a ditsy calico print of red, pink, yellow and blue flowers on a pin dot background. Collared neckline, button front bodice, cap sleeves and a wide yoke edged in cream lace trim, with the same lace running along the sleeve edges and the tiered ruffle hem. Gathered waist with a smocked floral panel and attached tie belt that fastens at the back, below the knee length skirt.
Fits Like: No size tag, fits Womens Small to medium.
Condition: Very good vintage with light general wear. Has a couple of small holes due to age and wear. See photos.
