70s light blue prairie maxi dress with white lace trim throughout. High Victorian-style collar, white lace V-shaped yoke across chest and shoulders, white lace bands on three-quarter length puff sleeves. All-over small dot pattern, back tie closure, white lace trim and ruffle at hem.
