Vintage 60s 70s dress in royal blue with a cowl neck. Shift cut with long sleeves and a belt with rhinestone buttons at the end. Mini length with a rear zipper.
Condition: Very good vintage with light general wear, seems previous owner added the buttons on the end of the belt as embellishments. See photos.
