70s white bow collar blouse from Lady Oak Hill with a wide scalloped lace-edged collar that ties at center front. Button front closure with pearl-tone buttons, full puff sleeves gathered at the shoulder with lace-trimmed cuffs. The fabric has a subtle diamond-textured weave throughout.
