70s black and white polka dot peplum blouse from Caron with a stand collar trimmed in white piping. Button front closure with dark red round buttons, wide flutter cap sleeves edged in white contrast trim. Cinched waist with white fabric tie belt and a gathered peplum ruffle, also finished with white piping along the hem.
