70s two-tone dress with an ivory upper bodice and burgundy gathered skirt, joined at a cinched empire-style waistband. Square neckline framed by floral lace embroidery panels at the yoke and along the waistband. Flutter puff sleeves with wide openings, and a tie-back closure at the waist in matching wine-colored fabric.
Condition: Very good vintage with light general wear. Has a small faint yellow spot on sleeve. See photos.
