70s blue hooded raincoat with a snap front closure, stand collar, and a detachable hood that buttons onto the collar. Gathered puff sleeves with pleated shoulder yoke and snap cuffs, side seam pockets, and a turquoise, sky blue color throughout. Below the knee length with an A-line shape and a center back seam.
