Late 1960s to early 1970s peasant midi dress in a serene aqua blue with an almost iridescent look. It features a smocked waist, a keyhole v-neckline with mandarin collar and cute tie detail. It has a flowing tiered skirt and 3/4 long raglan sleeves.
