60s tiered circle skirt in red and black with a large-scale fish print across all tiers. White eyelet lace bands separate each gathered tier, with a wider scalloped eyelet border along the hem. Side zipper closure and fitted waistband with a full, gathered silhouette through the hip.
Condition: Very good vintage with light general wear. Has a small tear on waistband. See photos.
