60s black velvet mini dress from Andine Original with a deep V neckline framed by a gathered ruffle collar in black and ivory striped satin. A black satin bow sits at the empire waist, with matching striped satin ruffle cuffs at the long sleeves. Back zipper closure with hook and eye and snap detail on the cuffs.
Condition: Very good vintage with light general wear, has some wear on material on the front near underarm. Missing part of the fabric but it didnt make a hole through the material lining, Has some fraying on the edges on sleeve cuffs See photos
