1990s dress from Piccolino Petites designed to look like a school uniform with a black sleeveless jumper that has an attached white collared shirt with long sleeves underneath and an attached black and white gingham tie. The jumper has a fitted bodice with an elastic waistband and flows into an A-line midi skirt. The white shirt portion is built into the dress with a classic pointed collar and long sleeves, and the gingham tie buttons on.
