1960s Black Sheath Dress Ruffle Open Back Pencil Knee Length Small

Vintage 1960s dress in black with ruffles on the shoulders and down the back. Sheath cut with an open back, high waist and a pencil skirt.

Condition: Very good vintage with light general wear. Lining has some fading from age and wear. Looks like it might be missing snaps in the back.
