40s turquoise maxi circle skirt with white floral embroidery throughout. Features high waistband and full-length flowing silhouette. Looks like it had alterations by previous owner to make it very small. Stitches can be taken out to give about an inch more at the waist. Fits approximately XXS. Silk-like material.
